Investors having grievances about the following may inform the Company online for expeditious redressal:

• Non-receipt of shares sent for transfer / transmission / transposition
• Non-receipt of dividend / debenture interest / debenture redemption / refund
• Non-receipt of registration number of Power of Attorney
• Non-receipt of Annual Report
• Any other queries/grievances

Investors may e-mail their queries/grievances to the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company. The Shareholders are requested to quote the Folio No. or DP & Client ID in all their correspondences.
